All About the Boss Lady
I was born in Chicago, grew up in South Africa, and had a 20+ year career in the television industry working in Los Angeles. I'm a world traveler, nature lover, gourmet cook, DIY enthusiast, and God follower.

As a co-executive producer I worked on reality TV shows for network, cable and social media platforms. I was a BOSS and I worked insanely long hours, under overwhelming stress and had zero balance. As successful as I was at work, I always felt like I was failing at my health.

As a busy BOSS, I've struggled with digestive issues, skin allergies, anxiety and overwhelming stress. I felt so terrible for so long, that I forgot what it was like to feel good! I've spent countless hours researching and trying anything that might help. The more I learned, the more I went back to basics, using food as medicine to heal my gut, all natural products to transform my skin, a dedication to mental health to calm my mind and an intense focus my relationship with God to find peace.
I'm a Certified Essential Oil Coach, I've created Boss Lady Entertains to provide tips, tools and resources, I'm selling all-natural skin care products that I've hand-crafted and I'm furthering my studies and certifications by becoming a certified yoga instructor and ICF certified coach specializing in helping BOSSES find their purpose and develop their mission statement for life.
